SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS INFORMATION

As a non-profit, professional association AFN values greatly the support of individuals and sponsors that assist us in furthering the field of facilitation across all of its dimensions.

Please choose a sponsors or exhibitors package from the Sponsors & Exhibitors Prospectus (pdf - 316KB) and secure your edge at this innovative and inspiring conference.  If you have specific requirements or desired outcomes, we are happy to tailor a package to suit your needs.

Information for Sponsors

A sponsors package will raise sponsor profile by being associated with AFN and a conference of up to 200 national and international delegates, from all types of organisations and institutions, as well as reaching many hundreds of others who are unable to attend this event.

Packages are available:
  • at Platinum, Gold and Silver levels
  • for the Welcome Reception and Regional Showcase
  • for the Celebration Dinner
  • for the Conference Lanyard and Name tag
  • for the Conference Proceedings.

Information for Exhibitors

An exhibitors package will enable prominent placement of products and services in front of national and international delegates.

Spaces are being offered for Exhibitors at:
  • the Regional Showcase (at the Welcome Reception)
  • the Trade Exhibit throughout the Conference
The Regional Showcase is a major part of the Welcome Reception on the evening of Wed 26 November 2008.  Exhibition spaces will be located in the CSU Gymnasium where the Regional Showcase is to be held.

Please note that the organisers will provide space only; all responsibility rests with the exhibitor in regard to the exhibit, presence, security, money handling etc.

Note: Payment to exhibit at this event can be ‘in kind’ rather than a direct financial contribution.

The Trade Exhibit will occupy a high profile location near the Registration Desk and near posted information about workshop sessions.  This exhibit will be in place for the duration of the Conference (26-28 November).

Note: Trade Exhibit revenue will contribute to providing Scholarship support for attendance at future AFN Conferences.

Trade Exhibit costs
are on a 'per single table' basis, for any exhibit which is promoting saleable materials (including by order form).  Multiple tables can be arranged.

Please note that the organisers will provide space and a table only; all responsibility rests with the exhibitor in regard to presence, security, money handling etc.

Trade Exhibitors who are not registered for the full Conference need to pay for their own day-time meals at the Single Day Rate.  Additional Ticket rates are available for the Regional Showcase and for the Celebration Dinner.  Please see Registration for details.

Social and Environmental Responsibility

Please note that in line with the Healthy Community Policy and Sustainability Policy, we actively encourage sponsors and exhibitors with products, services and practices which support positive health messages and which are socially and environmentally responsible.

Conversely, we decline offers from sponsors and exhibitors with products, services and practices which have potential to conflict with positive health messages or which are associated with environmentally damaging or unsustainable practices.
